My name is Alex Knowles. With a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I have honed my skills as a personal trainer and worked with clients from all walks of life including the visually impaired, stay-at-home moms and busy professionals.
Over the years, I’ve noticed that many people were struggling to make time for in-person training sessions due to busy schedules.

In addition, AIR3 will share fitness tips and advice via our social media channels. We are passionate about educating people on the importance of fitness and helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
